What was I doing again?

Rulebooks, power cards and tumbling weeds.

Compared to the very busy month of October for the game, November has been relatively quiet. Too much life happening to be able to get much more done.

I sketched out a bunch of really quick layout ideas:

These were rough and quick, just to get something on the page. I had an idea of where everything should go, but sketching it out did make me think about some more novel options.

These are the first time I’ve properly started to set these up for print too, which meant jumping back into the wonderful world of https://dextrous.com.au and remembering how efficient it is to make sweeping changes. Thankful for that too, as looking back on these designs a week later and I think they’re butt ugly and don’t fit the overall style, but hey, they’re a start:
